12/17/2021 – All major areas (excluding Valle Escondido, Ute Park, and Tres Ritos) have been restored. If you have power but still do not have internet service, please call and work with our support technicians. There may still be damaged fiber to your neighborhood, street, or home. We will need to start dispatching technicians to repair these areas.

12/16/2021 3:00P.M. – Internet in Red River is starting to be restored. There may still be areas with damaged fiber lines. Internet on Blueberry Hill is restored, only excluding customers that may still be having power issues.
12/16/2021 11:30A.M. – Mainline Fiber repair in El Prado is complete for a majority of customers in that area. Crews are investigating a few more scattered outages in El Prado. A crew has been sent to Red River to assess the internet as the power has been recently restored to that location. We are still waiting for power to be restored to assess all other areas.
12/16/2021 8:30A.M. – The repair on the El Prado outage is resuming first thing this morning. As power is restored for all scattered outages, we will be assessing the damage and beginning repairs on the internet. There is no current ETAs due to such widespread damage. We will provide updates as repairs are completed. Thank you for your patience.
12/15/2021 1:00P.M. – Significant damage found with mainline fiber on Millicent Rogers Road due to flying debris. Crews are beginning the repair for this line. Due to to the inclement weather we have not been provided an estimated time of completion.
OUTAGE REPORT 12/15/2021: We are currently waiting for scattered power outages across Taos, El Prado, and surrounding areas to be resolved before we can assess the damage to internet infrastructure and begin restoration efforts. Please check back for updates.
