Dear KCI customers. It has come to our attention that Netgear has pushed a firmware updating R7000 routers. This firmware has caused some routers to be corrupted. If you have been affected by this firmware update, you will notice the following:
1) No internet service
2) The power LED is blinking white.
3) No other lights are lit on the router
While we at KCI do not have a solution to fix these routers at this point in time KCI is working with our vendor to find a fix, you may try reaching out to Netgear for support. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
