Kit Carson Internet is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Scheduler to join our growing team. In this role, you will schedule and coordinate internet and/or phone service installations for residential and small business customers. You’ll serve as a key connection between our customers, installers, and internal departments—ensuring a smooth and efficient installation experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
Schedule and coordinate installation appointments for residential and small business customers.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to confirm and update appointments.
Prepare and verify installer paperwork before submitting to billing.
Coordinate multiple technician schedules for maximum efficiency.
Keep accurate customer records and ensure documentation is complete.
Provide quick responses to customer questions or schedule changes.
Collaborate with installers and office staff to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
Assist Customer Service Representatives as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Post-high school training in computer literacy and general business practices required.
Coursework or experience in customer service or public relations preferred.
Prior experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service roles.
Strong phone etiquette, listening, and communication skills.
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with computers, routers, and internet technology a plus.
