KCEC is working with the NM Human Services Department in aiding members who need help with utility assistance.KCEC would like to inform you that you may have received supplemental payments from LIHEAP in the amount of $190 and $145 posted to your account. These payments were for individuals that applied for LIHEAP in 2021 and 2022. Individuals who qualify can still apply for LIHEAP on October 01, 2022. All received LIHEAP payments have been posted. If you need help with utility assistance for 2022, KCEC encourages members to apply for LIHEAP on October 1, 2022.
