Kit Carson Electric (KCEC) will perform a pole-top training exercise in the Ranchos area on September 21, 2023. KCEC is conducting a safety mayday call to prepare and train our linemen and operations for emergencies. THIS IS JUST A TRAINING EXERCISE.
