KCEC is continually working to ensure our members are safe against cybersecurity threats. KCEC’s IT department ensures our internal and external network is up to date and secure.
KCEC’s Daniel and Miguel attended the Department of Energy’s Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response (CESER) in partnership with Idaho National Laboratory (INL) cybersecurity training. This training is designed for technical practitioners in electric utilities. All utility employees are responsible for managing grid operations and the digital infrastructure of electric utilities, including cooperative, public power, tribal, and investor-owned utilities.
KCEC takes measures to ensure our members are safe.
